Once your order is placed, we are no longer able to cancel the order or change the shipping address.
Returns are only applicable to our waist trainers. All face mask sales are FINAL SALE for health reasons.
Please note that we do not exchange or return products once the tag is detached.
REQUIREMENTS FOR EXCHANGES
- All tags attached
- No smells other than natural product smell
- No animal or pet hair
- No stretch marks or permanent wrinkles
- Original packaging
HOW TO MAKE YOUR EXCHANGE OR RETURN
- Returned items must be shipped to us by the customer within 30 days of receiving the order.
- Damaged or Defective items must be shipped to NUDE SHAPES by the customer within 7 days of receiving.
- Returns will be subjects to a return shipping fee, which will be arranged by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Returning items must be shipped with the return label provided by us, otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will receive your item.
- A return/exchange notification must be sent to NUDE SHAPES using the contact form requesting the return address, including your original order number and reason for the return/exchange.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Any use of 15 minutes is considered worn. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, dirty or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for return.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is not eligible for return.
- Returns are always subject to approval by NUDE SHAPES.

Only regular priced items are eligible for a store credit. Items marked as sales items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned.
