Delivery
Once an order is placed we are no longer able to cancel or edit the order or change the shipping address. Please verify that your information is correct before completing your order.
Processing times do not include weekends or US public holidays, orders made on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered within the guaranteed shipping time. Shipping carriers are sometimes delayed and NUDE SHAPES does not take responsibility for late delivery times and we will not issue a shipping refund.
Please contact the carrier directly to resolve delivery time issues. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the designated carrier in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information that states the package has been delivered to your order address.

For Express delivery please allow 2 - 3 business days.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Customs duty is a tax that is determined by the customs authority of your country based on product type, value, weight and dimensions.
Customs duty is established by your customs authority. Duty, tariffs, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you are required to pay duties or taxes by your customs authority you must pay this to the shipping carrier prior to receiving the package. Once the taxes are paid you will be allowed to pick up the package or the shipping courier will drop it off at your doorstep. Please contact the carrier to inquire about their policy.
